The practice has just been involved in the filming of the 3rd series of the popular Border T.V production “Vets”. Staff found this a fun and rewarding experience which hopefully gives the public a better understanding of what we do.

New digital x-ray technology now means your pet can be radiographed and a high quality digital image obtained straight away.

There is one episode “Vets” on Monday 29th at 8.00pm, although we don’t know which episode it is, and fear there might not be much about Academy Vets in this one. There should be more later if Tyne Tees/Border find some more money to pay for them !! (the producers, not us, unfortunately)
